As a former Chief IP Counsel of a Fortune 1000 electronics and semiconductor company and current General IP Counsel of an industrial biotechnology subsidiary of the world’s largest chemical company\, he has extensive experience in monetization of intellectual property\, management of outside counsel and legal budgets\, and utilization of intellectual property to accelerate growth strategies within large\, complex organizations. \n  \nKae Gruner is Associate General Counsel for Acella Pharmaceuticals\, LLC in Alpharetta\, Georgia.
